Industrialisation
In this early phase, we adapt the development of the electronic assembly to the requirements of series production. This optimisation process is important to ensure a reliable product design and to improve criteria such as manufacturability, testability and supply chain security. By industrialising our products, we ensure an optimal production start.

Ramp-up
The ramp-up comprises the cross-divisional coordination of all activities in the product start-up phase, i.e. the phase between development and series production. This is where we map the production process and adjust all system parameters so as to achieve an optimum end result in series production.

All WERAP sites are equipped with the most modern and innovative production intelligence and technology and are seamlessly interlinked. We can fulfil almost any customer requirement, from small series to medium volumes, at fair prices and in the shortest possible time.
